In this case, we have designed a stone villa to perfectly match its village location. In fact, its construction is really two houses in one, the outside is built in solid stone to fit into the village setting. Buried inside the stonework is a modern reinforced concrete frame and bricks designed to meet Turkey’s latest standards on construction and earthquake protection. This building also incorporates a modern damp proof course and special foundations designed to prevent damp. The main construction is built to the highest specifications. Using as many local craftsmen as possible gives each villa its unique feel and character. They have built the sensational woodwork and ironwork visible in these photos.
